Introduction to Expressive Arts Therapy

Weekend Intensive Group for Mental Health Professionals & Group Facilitators

This in-person weekend intensive introduces mental health professionals to the foundations of intermodal expressive arts therapy (EXA). Through experiential learning and guided reflection, participants will explore how creative process can deepen therapeutic presence, support emotional regulation, and open new pathways for insight and meaning-making in clinical work.

    Designing and leading expressive arts groups in clinical and community settings.

  • Trauma-Informed Creative Practice
    Applying expressive arts safely and ethically when working with trauma.

  • Embodiment & Somatic Integration in EXA
    Working with the body, movement, and sensation as part of the creative process.
