Introduction to Expressive Arts Therapy

Weekend Intensive Group for Mental Health Professionals & Group Facilitators

Friday, September 25 - Sunday, September 27, 2026

This in-person weekend intensive introduces mental health professionals to the foundations of intermodal expressive arts therapy (EXA). Through experiential learning and guided reflection, participants will explore how creative process can deepen therapeutic presence, support emotional regulation, and open new pathways for insight and meaning-making in clinical work.

Individual, Relationship & Family Therapy

We offer both online and in-person (Utah) therapy for individuals, couples, and families exploring identity, creativity, parenting, and connection. Sessions draw from expressive arts therapy, attachment work, and somatic practices to support deeper self-understanding and relational healing.
