Groups & Community Offerings

Our groups are a place to slow down and look at what’s actually going on in your life.

We use creative process to help you express, work through, and make sense of things in new ways. Sometimes you talk. Sometimes you write. Sometimes you draw, move, use sound, or step into different roles. We follow what’s present rather than trying to force it into one way of working.

You won’t be asked to perform or be “good” at anything.
You don’t need to be an artist.
You don’t need to have the right words.
Just come as you are.

How Expressive Arts Groups Work

Each session follows a simple structure that supports both expression and reflection.

  • A check-in to get grounded and connect

  • A creative process using writing, image, movement, sound, or role

  • Time for reflection and optional sharing

You’re always in control of how much you participate. There’s no pressure to perform or share more than you want to.

Is This Group Right for You?

This may be a good fit if:

  • Something in your life feels in transition

  • You’re wanting to understand yourself or your relationships more clearly

  • You’re open to creative ways of working beyond just talking

  • You want a space where you can show up without pressure

You don’t need to be “good” at anything. You just need to be willing to show up.
